Dunwell

Dunwell is the first and strongest real estate agency specialised in industrial & land brokerage in Romania. We’ve known them for many years, long before Dunwell showed up on the market and they were one of the clients we really enjoyed working with.

Being a new brand in their industry, they really needed to impress and come up with original ideas which their competitors couldn’t keep up with. And their idea was to have a yearly report on the market they work in, but with video. More specifically, a video animation.

Video Animation

The requirements were clear from the start: keep it short and make it as easy to watch and understand as possible. Also, it needed to have a voice over in native English, to be showcased in an international real estate fair from abroad which Dunwell was taking part in.

It took us less than 2 months to put everything together, animate what initially was a PDF file, write a compelling script to make it watchable, record the voice over and make all the necessary revisions. And we know exactly what the secret ingredient for a video animation is: pay very close attention to detail. We did exactly that and convinced the client to return 1 year later to ask for another video.
