Dokumentar

Dokumentar is a soon-to-be-released online platform that will publish news, reviews and content regarding Romanian documentaries. It seeks to become a full database of Romanian documentary films and it will also include support for Video On Demand (VOD). 

We worked together with the people behind the project to establish a brand identity in preparation for their release.

Branding and Design

Because the team at Dokumentar had no brand identity or design elements beforehand, we created a logo and multiple predefined materials such as banners, flyers, business cards and more. 

We created mockups using these designs to illustrate our vision. 

Although beyond the scope of the initial phase, we also provided website mockups to show the direction we would like to take the subsequent UI design in.

And all together

The whole concept as well as rules of use for the logo, the colours, fonts and design elements were compiled into a brandbook that was handed to the client. 

This guide is a rule book for the correct use of the brand identity elements and is helpful when working with an extended team of graphic designers, social media managers and web designers.
